Note for the Maria Giuseppa Gaccione who married Giuseppe Ferraro:

Santo Gaccione and Rosa Cofone had two daughters named Maria Giuseppa Gaccione - one baptized 29 Mar 1844 and the other born 26 Jun 1848. There was no Acri death record for the first Maria Giuseppa between the years 1844 and 1848 so it appears both sisters lived into adulthood.

One of the Maria Giuseppa daughters married Antonio Santo Fusaro in 1865. Her age on that marriage placed her DOB in 1844. She and Antonio Santo Fusaro had eight children between 1866 and 1884.

In 1868, Maria Giuseppa Gaccione with the same parents (whose age also placed her DOB in 1844) married Giuseppe Ferraro. They had nine children between 1870 and 1893.

The two families clearly overlap so something was wrong. Discounting bigamy, it is certain that one of the Maria Giuseppa Gacciones was actually the daughter born in 1848. The clerk in Acri likely incorrectly pulled the birth record for the wrong sister for one of the marriages (ages on marriages are calculated from the birth record document).

Locating a death record for Maria Giuseppa Gaccione that lists her spouse's name could be used to resolve this in theory but the ages given on Acri death records rarely have a tolerance of less than the four years needed here.^1692,1693

Update - Have searched Acri death records between 1893 and 1910 without success.
